As we approach the end of another year, it's time to look forward to the start of the next and another celebration of Mental Health Nurses' Day in February.
We started out very small in 2019 with just a Twitter account, and have been delighted to see the event grow organically and steadily; now we're joined by colleagues from all over the world, and last year reached over ten million people online.
More important than the saocial media aspect, however, are the events and celebrations that employers, hospitals and organisations have put on - cakes and bunting, gifts and extra break times to really show appreciation for the hard work our colleagues put on.
MH Nurses Day is volunteer-run and will always remain so, and we look forward to joining with you on 21st February to celebrate, describe and promote the marvellous profession of Mental Health Nursing.
